We work with men and women coming out of incarceration by providing a safe and stable housing program located in Durham, NC.
Our Mission: We empower justice-involved individuals through holistic care so they can transition into the community and experience restoration through Christ.
Our Vision: To help organizations effectively wraparound those in crisis, for the mutual health and growth of both the individual and the community.

Faith in Action
Initial cost for each new participant: $1,175 to meet all upfront physical and financial needs.
Time committed to each participant during the first two weeks: 20 hours of individualize case management.
Over 15,000 men and women are released from North Carolina prisons every year.
Restorative Transitions exists to welcome them home by providing the individual support and resources needed for them to successfully reenter the community.
